Return Window

You may initiate a return within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Refund Timeline

1. Return request raised: Day 0
2. Pickup / self-dispatch arranged: Within 1–3 days
3. Quality check completed: Within 48 hours of receipt
4. Refund initiated: Within 48 hours after quality approval
5. Amount credited: Within 5–7 working days

Refund Modes

• Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment source within 5–7 working days after approval.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks. The refund will be processed via NEFT / UPI after the amount is received.

Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange for a different size or colour within 15 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Flash sale items
• Customised products
• Innerwear and boxers
• Products without tags
• Washed or worn products
• Damaged due to misuse
• Handmade items (unless defective)

Conditions for a Valid Return

• Must be unused with tags
• Original packaging required
• Photo/video needed for defects
• Do not return without confirmation
• International orders not eligible

How to Initiate a Return

Reverse pickup available. For non-serviceable areas, self-ship and ₹100 reimbursement will be provided.

Order Cancellation

Cancel within 1 hour if not dispatched. Refund within 5–7 working days.
